We accept cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash — whatever works best for you.

Most services don’t require a deposit. For longer appointments or services that involve ordering hair or materials just for you, we may ask for one.

We’ll share the amount and details upfront. Your deposit goes toward your service total — you’ll pay the remaining balance at your visit.

Plans change — we get it! If you need to reschedule, cancel, or you’re running late, text or call us as soon as you can: 754-339-9339. Thanks for respecting our team’s time and our other guests!

Running late? Give us a call or send a text — we’ll check whether there’s still time for your full service or if we need to reschedule.

Need to cancel or reschedule? Let us know at least 24 hours ahead — you won’t lose your deposit.

Missed your appointment without letting us know? Any deposit paid is non-refundable. Your next appointment will require full payment upfront.

Can’t call? Text us at 754-339-9339 — we’ll reply during our phone hours.

Before booking, we’d love a current photo and a photo of the look you’re going for. That’s usually enough for us to give you an accurate price.

If anything at your visit calls for a price adjustment, we’ll explain why and talk it through before we start. We’ll only move forward with your approval.

Let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities to products, or if you need existing nail product or hair extensions removed. Tell us about any recent treatments, too. If there’s anything else to do before your visit, we’ll let you know!

We do our best for you to enjoy it! If something’s not quite right, just let us know during your visit or text us after: 754-339-9339. We can fix it!

We keep services with strong smells in separate rooms so everyone stays comfortable.

Bringing your little one? Keep them close and supervised — let’s leave the hot tools and sharp items to the pros :)

Bring your pup along — we’d love to meet them! We just hope they bring their good manners too :)
